Summary

The Modified Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (MNDVI) is a vegetation spectral index intended for multispectral sensing. It was introduced in 1997; its source is cited as C. Jurgens (1997). The modified normalized difference vegetation index (mNDVI) a new index to determine frost damages in agriculture based on Landsat TM data.
