NAOMINew AstroSat Optical Modular Instrument

SPOT-6

Instrument IDNAOMI_SPOT6
satellite platform

Summary

NAOMI_SPOT6 (New AstroSat Optical Modular Instrument) is an operational multispectral instrument operated by Airbus Defence and Space on SPOT-6. It is associated with a satellite platform and has private data availability.

NOTE

The five bands are acquired simultaneously and co-registered. Published native nadir GSD is 2 m for panchromatic and 8 m for multispectral data; standard products are delivered at 1.5 m and 6 m, respectively. The band limits are the SPOT 6 measured intervals at the 1% rejection level. The user guide plots normalized spectral sensitivities but states that numeric profiles must be requested from Airbus, so no SRF CSV is included.
