HRSHigh Resolution Stereoscopic

SPOT-5

Instrument IDHRS_SPOT5
satellite platform

Summary

HRS_SPOT5 (High Resolution Stereoscopic) is a retired other instrument operated by CNES on SPOT-5. It is associated with a satellite platform and has public data availability.

NOTE

HRS was a panchromatic along-track stereo instrument with forward- and backward-looking telescopes for digital elevation model production. Its imagery sampled approximately 10 m across-track and 5 m along-track; the scalar band GSD records the coarser 10 m dimension. The stereo acquisition swath was 120 km.
